Nestled in a tranquil oasis just off state highway 188 and highway 35, The Happy Camper welcomes guests with its serene setting adorned by coastal swept oak trees, creating an idyllic retreat just moments away from numerous local attractions. Centrally situated between Rockport and Aransas Pass, this charming getaway promises both convenience and relaxation for travelers seeking to unwind amidst the natural beauty of the Texas Gulf Coast.

Located in our very private backyard over 1 acre.
Plenty of parking and boat parking available as well.

Rockport is waiting for you at this 2-bedroom recreational vehicle. Inside, you'll find 1 queen bed, 1 bunk bed, and 1 twin bed, perfect for a cozy stay. With WiFi, AC, and heating, you'll have all the comforts of home. The bathroom features a convenient shower. A great place to call homebase while you're away, we hope you enjoy your stay.

Rockport

Great stay, close to Rockport town as well as quick access to get to Port Aransas. We all had a great time. Hosts were great and were always trying to make the trip great!! Will definitely stay again!!

Pictures do not reflect the property, came to stay one night for a quick trip to the coast with my young family. Went to go to bed that night and found mouse droppings on the bed. Had to pack up at 11pm and leave which is terrible when you have 3 kids under 5.

We're truly sorry your family had this experience, and we completely understand how frustrating it must have been, especially with three little ones. This was absolutely not something we were aware of or would ever find acceptable. Since your stay, we've brought in professional pest control to thoroughly address the issue and ensure it doesn't happen again. Your full refund has been processed, and we hope it provides some small measure of relief for the disruption to your trip. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and feel terrible this was your experience.

We love being a host to our variety of guests, from fishing groups to girls trips, and family vacations, each has their unique shared love of gathering and being by the water. We especially enjoy (when weather permits) seeing groups having fun in the back yard from flying kites to playing disc golf or having s'mores by the fire.

Zach and Sarah chose Rockport, TX to live and host the Happy Camper because of it's small town charm with the many pleasures that come with coastal living.

Tucked away in a peaceful haven on just over an acre of land, the Happy Camper offers a serene escape surrounded by coastal oak trees, with a lot of privacy.
Gated entrance.
We have four friendly chickens that roam afternoons until sunset.
