Welcome to this charming apartment in Paris located in a 250 yo building in the Les Enfants Rouges area of the Marais. This space features a cozy bedroom with a bed (boehmian style) living room w/pull out sofa bed, Large Smart TV (Netflix and Disney +) and convenient amenities like heating, High-speed fibre optic WiFi, and a washing machine lots of large windows and natural light. There is a small desk with laser printer for those who need to work. And a very small elevator that can fit exactly 1 suitcase!

The area is surrounded by numerous metro stations, a park, galleries, museums, restos, cafes and the oldest covered market in Paris: Les Enfants Rouges. Paris Fashionweek events are also held in this neighbourhood during the year.

The apt is small (27sqm) but can comfortably fit 1 to 2 guests. Note the shower isn't big so this space is better suited for girls or 1 skinny guy.

Please note that this is my home. I am very selective on who stays here. It is a very old unit so if you need luxury (or air-conditioning) this place is probably not for you. If you want to have a great time and experience a fun and safe neighbourhood like a local than this apt is for you!
