We came up for our sons baseball tournament and stayed at Casa Luna which was great. They enjoyed the pool. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio. Beds were very comfortable. Maybe add fans to the guest bedrooms other then that everything was perfect. When we are back that way we will stay at Casa Luna again. Host Hilda was great to work with and so easy to communicate with.

The host was great and accommodating during the stay. Hilda was very communicative throughout the whole process and during the stay if I had a question. My family enjoyed the home, neighborhood, and relaxing environment of the home.

Our first 8 rating and surprisingly from a reservation booked for 4 adults that actually had 4 adults and 1 child, along with additional visitors not included in the reservation. Checkout rules were also not followed, including something as simple as taking out the trash. Please be mindful of house rules and a better guest for future hosts.

Everything was good except the neighborhood watch program that they have in place was a little too aggressive with that being said I live in the area and was settling in my family, Yes there was more than 8 people on the property at one time only to get them unpacked and settled in. The gathering was to be at my home. I received numerous calls of to many people on the property and I explained the situation and it seemed to be resolved. Other than that it was a good place.

I do want to clarify that our occupancy and parking rules are in place to comply with local regulations and to respect our neighbors. During your stay, there were multiple reports and observations of significantly more guests on the property than the number included in the reservation, along with vehicles parked in prohibited areas. These concerns prompted communication from both the neighbors and our team. We appreciate your explanation that family members were helping with unpacking and settling in. Our goal is never to inconvenience guests, but rather to ensure that all house rules and community guidelines are followed for everyone’s benefit.

Grand Prairie Stay

Beautiful house that was spotless. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool/back porch. The house is literally just around the corner from restaurants and shopping. The owner, Hilda, is easy to reach and super helpful.
