This newly renovated 3 bedroom/ 1.5 bath apartment is the perfect home for exploring Chicago! The closest metro station (the green line) is only a 4 minute walk which can take you anywhere you want to go in Downtown. The closest beach and access to the lake is 5 minutes by car.
All 3 bedrooms have queen size beds with brand new pillow top mattresses providing you comfort and relaxation after a long day of exploring the city. Sheets, towels, pillows, and extra blankets are provided.

The place is fantastic! It is absolutely spotless and includes a lot of thoughtful amenities. The hosts are very responsive and made check in and check out very easy. The neighborhood is a bit “up and coming”, but we felt safe and secure and the proximity to UChicago was great.

Amazing!!!

We absolutely loved the property!!! It had everything we needed and within a short drive from downtown. The host is super friendly and responsive. Overall, the best spot you will find in Chicago!!!

Weekend trip

Me and two of my friends visited Chicago for a weekend and this place was the perfect place! Loved that we were able to park our car and then take a ride share into downtown. We also liked that we each had our own bedroom, unlike a hotel could provide. Would definitely recommend even for a short weekend trip

Incredible stay and gathering spot

Three of our friends came to stay with me and my fiancée to celebrate our engagement and this spot was the perfect place for us to gather. It’s right on the green line so we were able to get into downtown Chicago with ease. We were able to get coffee close by, loved how clean and well kept the space was, and had a great time! The hosts were incredibly responsive and kind. I would stay here any time!

Great Location and Comfortable

It was a great place to stay and was located near everything. Free Parking is on the street so we just left our vehicle and took a Lyft to and from downtown which was roughly 40 a day you’ll pay more to park and so much more convenient. Beds were all comfortable. It’s a noisy complex so use a sound machine at night and you won’t hear a thing. Host was very communicative and overall would stay again.
