Gated community within feet of one of the two world renowned golf courses on the island. Sun room overlooking backyard escape. Beach access approximately 1 mile, Freshfields town is approximately 4.7 miles and Downtown Charleston is only about one hour drive! Pets okay with fee, details below.

The home interior boasts a harmonious blend of natural light, soothing hues, and coastal-inspired accents. Plush furnishings create a warm and welcoming ambiance. The open-concept living area features comfortable sectional seating, a dining table for leisurely meals, and a galley-styled kitchen ideal for preparing fresh seafood catches. Primary bedroom & living room are equipped with smart TVs perfect for movie nights.

Large windows from the sunroom offer glimpses of the lush island landscape which also leads to a private deck, perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening cocktails. Pet-friendly, comfortable and well appointed beach house.A kitchen stocked with Tupperware and actually decent pots and pans is a huge win. Plenty of space for a small family and Fido. The second floor renovation was a great spot for the teens to have their own space and the bathroom renovation was beautifully done.The sunroom was a favorite spot and the big couch in the living room was a good spot to crash after a long day at the beach. Parts of the house are definitely work and the downstairs bathroom need some love but the space is nice.Definitely recommend renting bikes or a golf cart. While you can walk to the beach it’s a mile walk to the closest access point and the beach club is well past that. Having the amenity card is awesome! The pool and beach club complex are a nice bonus when you want a frozen beverage and shade after a day on the beach
