Recently had TOTAL RENOVATION with open floor plan, designer kitchen and four bedrooms. Sleeps 8. One block to private beaches!
Shabby Chic meets French Provincial with this decor! Enjoy the expansive porch consisting of a dozen windows with a sitting and dining area. Enjoy the enclosed outdoor shower providing hot / cold water. The private backyard comes complete with an outdoor patio for dining and a barbeque grill. All rooms furnish ceiling fans, state of the art central air and heating system. New washer and dryer ready to use! Complimentary Xfinity connectivity for work and recreation.
Black Point Beach Association features a boat launch, three private beaches, a playground, tennis, bocce, basketball, a club house and more!
