Enjoy the enclosed outdoor shower providing hot / cold water. The private backyard comes complete with an outdoor patio for dining and a barbeque grill. All rooms furnish ceiling fans, state of the art central air and heating system. New washer and dryer ready to use! Complimentary Xfinity connectivity for work and recreation.
Black Point Beach Association features a boat launch, three private beaches, a playground, tennis, bocce, basketball, a club house and more!
3 minutes from Niantic Boardwalk, 6 minutes from Rocky Neck State Park, plus multiple eateries to savor the finest cuisine of East Lyme!

The layout of our home and decor is inviting and reflects the light and airy charm of our seaside home! Walk into an expansive porch with a dozen windows!
