Included in “Beachside” are 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, multiple water float loungers, and a canoe. Truely a quintessential, magical, most enchanting, private property on Sebago Lake. My husband and I raised our four children on a small pristine Lake in Maine for twenty years and found this magical spot on Sebago in the spring of 2018. I rented both the mainhouse “Heartside” and the guesthouse “Beachside” together for two summers until we were able to move here in the fall of 2019, at which point we have been calling this place home. We have so enjoyed lake life, and we look forward to our next twenty years and all the new adventures Heartside on Sebago will bring! We are very excited that we will be continuing to share our little slice of heaven by renting the Beach house Mondays through Fridays in the summers to some new and returning families. We look forward to seeing some of you again and meeting some of you this summer!

We are located on the Westerly facing side of 14 mile long Sebago Lake and closest (2 miles) to downtown Windham and the Oceanfront of Portland, Maine (25 minutes away). Clear, aqualike waters with a wrap-around jetty gives us the feeling of our own freshwater pool - perfect for swimming, floating and cocktailing in calm waters always.
Many comment we are on the best shore of the lake, and Sebago is known as the top 2 of the cleanest, largest, deepest lakes in Maine.

Beachside boasts 330 ft direct water frontage on an estate property including four sandy beaches, three jetties, docks, float, private freshwater “pool”, extra empty lot for added privacy, large fire pit area, and just steps from the cottage we named “Beachside”. Truly quintessential! Truly private, yet minutes to everything. Our dock-install Company has boasted this is one of their favorite properties on all of Sebago because of all it has to offer! We pinch ourselves regulalrly.
