A Sophisticated Beach Chic Home in Sea Pines, this 5-bedroom home has multiple outdoor living spaces for all to enjoy while family and friends gather together for your island getaway! Located in Sea Pines and a short bike to The Salty Dog, this home beams family gatherings with its large eat-in kitchen and dining room. Enjoy this two-story gem and relax by the pool or enjoy evening on the screened-in porch.
PROXIMITY TO BEACH
• Less than a 5-minute bike ride or 10-12 minute walk. You may also utilize the Beach Trolley Shuttle to the Sea Pines Beach Club.
• Beach access – Turn right onto South Sea Pines Drive, then turn left onto Sprunt Pond Road and follow the beach path
HIGHLIGHTS
• Private *Heatable Pool* - This pool can be heated for an additional fee of $300 per week from March through November. Please note that the electric heat pump only allows the pool to heat to “approximately” 20 degrees warmer than the lowest nighttime temperature.
