We were informed by the host, that one of the toilets wasn't working, but would be the following day. Why does it take 24 hours to fix?The property is listed as 4 BR 3 Bath, and it's really a 2.5 bath. Upon arrival, we found the internet wasn't working, a chair was broken and there provided coffee station didn't have filters (defeats the coffee grounds, sugar, creamers provided). We informed the host, and the next day the chair was removed (to the garage) and informed the internet would be fixed the following day. Day three the internet still wasn't fixed, but the maintenance man showed up to remove the router - appears the host's solution to fixing thing is removal (glad we didn't complain about the beds).There were other issues, tiny cheap towels, home had an unusual odor, upstairs TV didn't work, Cable TV on downstairs TV didn't even have local chanels. I could continue, but it appears the owner is looking for the cheapest way to rent their place - must not be looking for repeat business.Like the chair and the router, I will remove myself from their future rental pool. By the way, I informed the host about these complaints, but never heard back. Choose another home.
