Need a break from the chaos of life (or I-95)? Pull off the highway and into pure peace with this 2-bedroom, 2-bath getaway that’s got more charm than your Aunt Peggy’s front porch swing.

This single-wide manufactured home may not be fancy, but it’s clean, cozy, and comes with the kind of quiet that’ll make you forget your email password. Stretch out on the roomy lot, let the kids (or grownups—we don’t judge) run wild in the yard, and soak up the rural good vibes.

Located just outside Elloree (aka “The Small Town That Delivers Pizza!”), you’re just a short scoot from Lake Marion—perfect for boating, fishing, or doing absolutely nothing but staring at water like a lizard on a rock.

Bonus Features:

Drive-up convenience off I-95 (we’re basically your favorite rest stop with better snacks)

Private front + side yard for frolicking, reading, or pretending you don’t have responsibilities

Shared backyard, but don’t worry, the camper lot’s taking a sabbatical


Pet Parents, Listen Up:
Your furry companions are welcome, but we do expect you to handle their bathroom business like a grown-up (yes, with bags). Surprise pet visits = surprise pet charges

($10 per night, per critter).

Great for taking a break from the road.

We stayed in the home 2x; heading North and then heading back South. The AC was cold and the interior was clean.

Perfect place to lay your head for the night on a trip. Clean and well stocked. Not fancy but not advertised as such. Dog friendly. Easy check in. Highly recommend.

Kristie was an incredible and gracious host—so kind and extremely responsive throughout our stay! The home was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured, with no surprises or disappointments. We had a wonderfully relaxing holiday weekend here.I only have two small recommendations:•Provide a quick instruction sheet on how to lock the door (a few of us struggled to figure it out at first).•Add a couple of kitchen basics like a cookie sheet, flat baking pan, and a skillet.Other than that, everything was fantastic. I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again!

Great stay!

Very comfortable and great location off I95 on our trip to FL. Peaceful and quiet. Great kitchen with everything we needed. Kristie was great and we were able to check in a little early which was an added bonus. Thank you! Hope to be back.

Cute and cozy little retreat

Our host was very accommodating, great communication and made sure to have all of the extras. She has put alot of thought into updating the house making it a comfortable retreat with lots of room to roam on the property. Perfect for our stop along the way.

We enjoyed a walk while the kids played at the nearby park in "town". Nice peaceful country setting, and a comparatively good rate. We weren't expecting the Hilton, but there were a few things that needed attention. We left a note for the cleaners/manager that will hopefully benefit the next guest.

Cute, cozy & spacious

We arrived after dark and left early in the morning on our way through. It was not well lite at night, the outside looks deceiving and we were not sure we were at the right place. Once inside, it is a cozy, adorable and spacious place.

Cute and clean and convenient

For one night on our way to Florida, this place was fine. It was pretty close to I-95, you do have to drive about 10 minutes down one road, and it was quiet. The furniture and beds were all very comfortable. All the amenities we needed like soap, pots and pans, Keurig with pods, bottles of water and even oatmeal for breakfast were there for us. The only few negatives that made me give four stars are that the heaters are space heaters and we had to leave our kid’s bedroom door open because we had to use the heater in the living room. I didn’t see mention of this in the listing. Luckily it was only in the 50s at night, but I don’t think I would want to stay in the winter. Also, I had the impression the house was secluded with not many other houses around and there is a house literally within like 12 feet away. We didn’t see any of the kids or anything so it was quiet but there is a trampoline and swing so I would imagine if the kids were outside playing it could be loud during the day. All in all again for one night and the convenience, it was great.

Dont judge a book by its cover

At 1st glace the outside can be deceiving but once u open the door the beauty awaits. This home was filled with little touches everywhere that made it feel like home. From the personal hand written note left with snacks for us and our puppers to the toiler paper bow in the bathroom. No detail was left out and they made sure when u arrived u had anything u needed with a little cabinet of just incase you forgots. Large clean yard to walk animals in and plenty of room to park. Close to local places to grab a bite to eat if you dont feel like cooking. Even though your directly on the road once inside you dont hear the road traffic and it makes for very pleasant and enjoyable sleep. The beds were the softest foam matresses ever and snuggled u like a mothers hug. Would definitely stay here again and plan to on our next drive threw to florida. note
