Stay comfortably in Santee in this hidden jewel 2-bedroom condo on the water. Enjoyable and charming, this cozy retreat features 2 twin beds, 1 king bed and queen sofa sleeper with memory foam for comfort. Perfect for a small group of 2 to 6 guests. Smart TV's in MB and living room. A/C, Heat, Wi-Fi, cable tv andRoku. Has a fully equipped kitchen. Nice back porch with table and seating, facing beautiful view of lake, gazebo for owners and guest of owners of Ballard 1.
2 mile pedestrian walking bridge, great for strolling or biking over Lake Marion. Fish from the bank or gazebo right out back door. Beautiful pool facing sandy beach you can get to by kayak or boat. Boat and Kayak rentals at Santee Boat Rentals. Boat landing to use on property. Condo located Right off I-95 with historic Charleston and Columbia, SC Capital, little over an 1 hour away. Santee has grocery stores, pharmacy, and shopping and great restaurants. My favorite restaurants are The Lake House, Captains Quarters, Clarks, Santee Steak and seafood just to name a few. Great golf courses as well as Santee State Park, Santee Indian Mound, Santee National Wildlife Refuge, and Elloree Heritage museum, just to name a few things to see and do. Whatever you do your stay will be convenient and stress-free. Come experience the magic of Santee and Lake Marion all that's offered at our lovely condo.

Fantastic location on the lake and access to the pool as well. Home was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Amazing communication with the owner. Will stay again.

The host was attentive and responsive, even inviting us to check in earlier. The home was lovely, well-cared for and thoughtfully appointed. The small touches, such as a basket of coffee and filters along with some snacks allowed us to have coffee the next morning despite getting into town when the stores were closed. We will absolutely return to this property and feel comfortable recommending it others.

Beautiful memories in a beautiful place.

Everything was beautiful very nice very clean. It was very close to town so if you needed to run into town it was literally 2 minutes down the road. We enjoyed sitting on the porch watching the boats and waves. We fished a lot and made a lot of first time memories. We will never forget this place and this stay.

I love the outdoors, nature and anything that has to with the waters of SC. I am excited to share with others the chance to experience this lovely condo and all Lake Marion and Santee has to offer for a memorable, fun and relaxing stay.

This Condo is on the bottom floor on the end of the building giving you a feeling of more privacy. You can view the lake from the living room and the Master bedroom. Sit on the patio and watch the boats go by or get a rod and reel and fish off the bank or gazebo. Take a walk on the two mile walking bridge right next to the condo and see the osprey, eagles, and other wildlife in nature.
