Birdfest

There is a sweet music festival called Birdfest held on the property of the SC Waterfowl Association. This was a convenient and comfortable stay for music lovers. Enjoying the views from the balcony was an added bonus. Our hostess was available in "real" time, and all of our needs were met. Grateful.

Great stay

Spent one week at the condo for a family reunion close by and everything was great; the property manager was nice, the place was clean, and the neighborhood was quiet. Thanks hope to book from you whenever I’m in town.

A Gem on the Waterfront

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Linda’s condo was welcoming, clean, spacious, and the views of the lake were fabulous. We enjoyed morning coffee and birdwatching on the deck during our stay. We were close by to our relatives in Elloree and we also enjoyed hiking in nearby Santee State Park. We definitely will look to rent Linda’s condo again. Thank you for opening your lovely home to us.

My party of 6 adults spent 3 nights in this very spacious condo. We loved the location with the balcony overlooking the lake. The condo community was quiet and felt safe. The neighbors were nice. The kitchen had pots/pans allowing us to cook breakfast. We absolutely loved many things about the condo.Our low rating is because the place was not clean and didn't feel sanitary upon our arrival. We found all 3 bathrooms unclean. i.e. hair in showers, toilets nasty 2 bathrooms had used bar soap and used razors in the shower. When we located towels in the linen closet, they were old, faded, & dingy. The dining table had crumbs on it as if someone had just finished breakfast. The refrigerator needed a deep clean. Before we could begin our weekend, the bathrooms and kitchen had to be cleaned and sanitized.Overall the condo did not feel fresh and inviting when we arrived. With the owner telling me she lives in the condo, I would have expected she would have a professional cleaning service prepare the unit for guests because everyone's individual standards of cleanliness can vary. This is evident by the many reviews saying the condo was clean for their visit. Our experience was similar to low ratings left in 2023 and 2018.The condo has amazing potential but we wouldn't recommend based on our experience.

Serenity on the lake

This was our 2nd time renting a unit in this development. If available, we will always rent here when we make our biannual trips to the area.

Beautiful Lake Condo

Beautiful condo right on Lake Marion. Cozy and comfortable with all the amenities. Beds were super comfortable and the condo was fully stocked and super clean. Just like home.

Lovely Home

Our family had a wonderful time in this very well appointed unit. Docked our Basstracker there and family went out fishing while I enjoyed reading on the peaceful balcony waching the wildlife and boats going by. We so enjoyed our stay and Linda, the owner was very helpful and responsive.

Wonderful Condo!

Very nice, clean condo, exactly as pictured. Linda was easy to work with. We loved the location on the lake! Nice pool and boat ramp. Everything we needed for our stay. Will definitely come back!

Family Event

My family and I were in the area for a wedding. The location was perfect. We were a short drive from the venue. The house was large enough so that everyone had their own space, the lake was right outside the door. My family and I enjoyed our stay. Convenient location

Great condo although I missed that it was down stairs. I had knee surgery in April so would have like ground level rather than sub level. I would stay here again and suggest it to friends and family but would defiantly go for parking lot level. The condo was clean cozy and we lacked for nothing.
