An 1,800 sq ft modern designer home in the heart of West Asheville. Flooded with natural light and crafted with high-end finishes, this 3-bed, 2-bath retreat feels more like a boutique stay than a rental.
Relax in airy, vaulted living spaces. Cook in a fully stocked chef’s kitchen. Step outside to a spacious deck with hot tub, hammocks, and fire pits surrounded by landscaped greenery. Every detail was designed for beauty and calm.
Just a five minute walk to local restaurants, cafes, bars and breweries. Private parking and high-speed EV charger included.
Perfect for couples, families, and long-stay guests who appreciate modern architecture, quiet luxury, and thoughtful design.
