Oceanfront 2BR with Breathtaking Views next to Patrick SFB, Satellite Beach

Direct ocean front, 2 bedroom and 2-bathroom, condo on the 6th floor closed to Patrick Airport - SFB, which is for owner occupied or guests of the vacation rental units. The condo boasts amazing ocean & coastal views from every room with updates including impact windows & doors and quartz countertops. You can watch every launch from the private balcony or living room. The condo can accommodate up to 6 persons and provides all the basics including linens, towels, a full kitchen, free parking, free fast 200Mbs Wi-Fi and cable/smart TVs. There are convenient trash chute and coined laundry on the same floor.

At this time, the nearest and safe beach access is the Seagull Beach Park about 5-minute walk south. There will be a beach access right behind the building after 3/1/2024. There is currently no pool but there will be one sometimes later in 2024.

Great view.

The unit was very enjoyable to stay at. It’s was clean and well decorated. Then we open the patio door and we could hear and feel the waves hit the beach. Seeing a launch at 1 am was amazing. We were told about the repairs being done. This was a small inconvenience. Parking indoors would be a challenge with a large vehicle. Plenty of parking in front. We definitely would like to visit again.

Everything on the inside of this property was clean and well maintained. The building and grounds could use some upkeep. We were bummed that the beach access was not ready for our trip but that was our of the owners hands. The view from the balcony was amazing! Listened to the waves in the bedrooms. There were beach chairs, an umbrella, sand toys, beach towels and stocked items like paper towels, coffee, and laundry soap. Mark was a pleasure to work with! He even mailed back a personal item we left by mistake. I would most definitely book this condo again!

Stayed 2 nights here with my husband, our 2 kids and my parents, so full house and it was absolutely perfect. Lots of room for all 6 of us. Kids shared the bed in the couch. We just made it back up into a couch every morning. We picked this location because we wanted something right on the ocean and it delivered. The balcony view is breathtaking and you have view of the ocean in every room. We slept with the window cracked open so we could hear the waves all night. Short walk to the beach, i understand the direct access will be finished soon, but in the mean time it a very easy 5 minute walk or you can drive if you have a lot of beach stuff to bring down. The building is very quiet and clean. Mark's instructions for check in and check out are very clear and easy to follow. We will definitely be recommending this condo to our friends and family and will be staying here again on a next visit.
