Welcome to Sunset Shores! Nestled on the shores of the beautiful Tims Ford Lake, your retreat offers breathtaking views and unforgettable sunsets. Enjoy morning coffee on the deck, water adventures, and cozy evenings by the fire pit. With modern amenities and a serene atmosphere, this is your perfect escape from the everyday hustle. Store your boat and jet skis in the covered slips. Experience nature’s beauty and create lasting memories at your lakeside paradise.

All bedrooms have a beautiful view of the lake and the master has a walk out to the balcony. The property includes a private dock with a slip, ideal for boating enthusiasts. Explore the lake with our provided kayaks, or unwind by the fire pit as you watch the beautiful sunsets. Inside, you`ll find fun for all ages with a pacman arcade game, digital pinball machine, and cozy bunk beds for the kids. This is your perfect escape for relaxation and adventure.

-Only 7 min to Tims Ford Marina and Tims Ford State Park
-Take a tour at nearby Jack Daniels, Uncle Nearest, or George Dickel distilleries
-Home has year around water, but note that water levels will drop November-Mid March and the gangway may become steep.

There are 3 bathrooms with 2 showers in the home, 1 bathroom off one of the downtairs bedrooms has a tub only in it.

Guests have full access to the entire lake house and its amenities. Enjoy the spacious deck, private dock, fire pit, and kayaks. The fully equipped kitchen, cozy living area, and all bedrooms are yours to use. You can fit 5-6 vehicles in the driveway and you`ll have Wi-Fi throughout the home. Make yourself at home and take full advantage of this peaceful lakeside retreat.

This home is in a quiet neighborhood with neighbors on both sides. Please follow all speed limit signs as posted.

-The property has steps going down to the dock, approximately 60 steps.
-The fireplace in the living room is not functional
-There is also a steep dropoff at the edge of the backyard so children should be supervised at all times.

Really nice and well kept property. It was cold during our visit and we spent most of our time traveling around to see the sights, so we only walked out on the deck once. But the large windows allowed us to see the great view. Most everything was up date as far as appliances, heating, fans, lights etc… The property is exactly as listed. The only things I would point out is that even though there is a gas fireplace which can be seen in the photos, there were no gas logs hooked up at the time of our visit. Not a deal breaker but we did look forward to having one. Also for anyone who may be used to renting properties and having basic kitchen consumables already there, they might be caught off guard. We quickly realized we were gonna need to get coffee filters, salt & pepper and trash bags. All in all a great place.

Absolutely stunning sunset views!! VERY Relaxing and beautiful home. Hiked at nearby Tims Ford State Park! Fall colors on the trees were breathtaking! Highly recommend booking this home if you are looking to get away and relax and take in all the natural beauty. The home itself was very clean and we enjoyed the fire pit and playing pacman and galaga on the arcade machine downstairs as well!! Situated in a quiet neighborhood not too far from anything you might need...but you might not want to leave! :)

Beautiful home with wonderful views!

We very much enjoyed our weekend trip. The home was decorated just as a lake house should be! Wonderful furnishings and comfortable beds. The full size bunkbeds mattresses were amazing too! We had an issue with the microwave breaking down, but it was replaced within hours. The communication with the management company was excellent! The steps to the lake are quite steep for some folks so keep that in mind when booking. I am local to Tims Ford Lake and will definitely bring more people to this house if it’s available when we need it! Thank you again for hosting our group!

Perfect Lake Access

We had a wonderful time here and the views and sunsets did not dissapoint! Very nice furnishings, kitchenware, beds, and a fantastic dock which we all enjoyed. Great location with quick access to several marinas and only 15 minutes to Winchester. Everything was clean and well organized.

View Can’t Be Beat

While our stay was short, 321 Wildwood Circle did not disappoint. The weather didn’t cooperate so we pivoted and enjoyed the beautiful home by cooking some amazing meals and playing board games. Will definitely return in the future.

From bad to extremely good.

On the way to the residence we received a call saying there was an issue with the property and would have to be relocated. We were assured this property would be an improvement from our original booking. WOW. This property was amazing. It was a definite upgrade from the original. The host checked on us several times just to make sure we were satisfied and that things were going well. Would highly recommend this property and the host
