良かった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション、ロケーション
We stayed 35 days. Quiet location with a lovely lake-view patio—definite highlights. Initial impression was positive (welcome note, champagne), but the home shows wear.Listing says “sleeps 10,” yet the kitchen was understocked even for 6. Amenities like the community pool require owner-accompanied guest passes, which felt misleading. Owner was out of the country; his daughter was kind and responsive.Issues included: broken entry gate, fridge failure (reimbursed), clogged sinks, very noisy door hinges, unclean BBQ, and internet outage due to unpaid bill. Garage parking is recommended but no opener provided (owner did accommodate our situation).Overall, despite apologies, the experience was disappointing for the price. We visit the area often and have had better stays elsewhere. Would not return
