We had a wonderful 7 day stay here over Christmas, and it could not have been more perfect for our family time together. I stayed with my two boys—one visiting from Kansas City and the other nearby in Broomfield with his girlfriend—and the space was ideal for all of us.The townhome is brand new, absolutely beautiful, and impeccably clean. With three spacious floors, it offered plenty of room for everyone to spread out while still feeling cozy and comfortable when we came together for meals, games, and the occasional movie night. The thoughtful touches really stood out—especially the games, with Clue being a big hit!Caron and Chris were truly lovely hosts: warm, welcoming, and incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. We felt completely at home and cannot wait to return. Highly recommend!

This townhouse is in a great location, across the street from a block-long pocket park, complete with grass, play scape and covered pavilion. The house is new, comfortable and spacious. We didn't use the garage but it has one.

Gorgeous townhome in Superior

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The home was gorgeous and had everything (and more) our family could need. The location across from the park was perfect and we enjoyed watching the kids play while we sat out on the front porch. Our host was very responsive and incredibly helpful when we needed to contact them. Overall one of the best properties we’ve visited!!

Brand New Townhome; Convenient Location

Very nice stay overall. Hosts were very accommodative and communicative with us as we were traveling with a newborn. Space was clean, brand new and well appointed with a nice open view of the town square park. Would recommend!

Great property in an excellent location

This property is a well designed residence with ample room on three levels. The location in Superior, Colorado is perfect for travel to Boulder, Denver and to the airport. There are many retail areas near the residence as well.

Excellent location!

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful home. It was clean and everything was as listed in the description. It was wonderful to be with our whole family, including the two dogs.

Great stay near Boulder for CU Boulder Parents Weekend

Everything was as expected and the hosts were super easy to communicate with. The Townhouse is spotless, nicely decorated and has everything you need. It's just a 10 min drive from CU Boulder Campus and downtown Boulder. It is in an up and coming area that has some local restaurants and coffee shops. I'm sure in the next 6-12 months there will be even more available to walk to.

The house worked perfectly for our weekend!! So clean, plenty of room, and great location! The bottle of wine was a nice touch!! Wonderful experience! Would definitely book again!

Beautiful space!

This house was in a cute neighborhood, and was close to both Denver and Boulder. Very clean, easy to check in, and comfy beds!
