The a/c unit is 3 years past a replacement due point. The outside coils were deteriorated and only operational at about 60 percent. Probably the reason for the window units. Two problems with the window units is it’s not the best to try and have a conversation. Trying to talk over the noise coming from the window units is annoying. To cool the upstairs need to turn off the dining room window unit so the thermostat will activate the HVAC system. With a temp at 95-97 one day, it was a little warm that night to sleep. With that all said this wasn’t going to have a variance on our beach week. We had a perfect vacation. Only reason I am writing a review is the owner needs to install a new HVAC. Should not need noisy window units. Ditch the musical theme. Beach vibe would be better.

Everything was wonderful, the only things I would change would be the master bedroom mattress - Extremely uncomfortable for us. Also, the house will need some fixing as it has settled so the living room balcony door is very hard to open and shut due to the settled now sloping home. Other than that it was perfect. We loved the decor, something new to see in every corner! The location is fabulous and the scenery is perfection. Thank you for a great stay :-) HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

This is one of the best deals and most amazing spots we have been. Amazing house right across the street from ocean. Golf cart rental was so cool! Loved everything about the house. Great spot.

The best part of the property is the closeness to both bodies of water. We sat on both balconies every day and enjoyed the fresh air. A bit difficult with our dogs in finding a spot to go potty. Definitely some things could be repaired but overall worth it!

Great Location! Wonderful Stay!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our vacation here! Very clean and has everything you need for the beach! There were beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, beach toys, and more! Right across the street from public beach access and short drive to restaurants and shopping!

Awesome spot

Property was great. We normally stay on the gulf side, but chose this property across the road. It was extremely close to a public access spot, so it was not a long walk to get those toes in the sand.

Pet friendly condo

Great condo close to beach access. They have a lot of beach chairs umbrellas and floats. Do not need to bring anything. The owners are very easy to work with. There are a lot of stairs fyi. The master bedroom does not get much AC flow. The second bedroom was very cool. For pet owners no green space but are able to walk on walkways in area.

Nice Beach place

The condo is nice . Navarre is a nice getaway. There are no good dog beaches though. The National Seashore is divine. It is pleasant that you can see the bay and the ocean from this house. Condo is a little dated but art is interesting.

Beautiful stay

Property was beautiful. Exactly as described in listing. Has everything that you would need for a wonderful beach vacation. All you need to bring is yourself, change of clothes, and some food.

Ocean breeze and the sounds of waves

Had really nice weather, the ocean view was really nice but I especially liked sleeping with the windows open and hearing the waves while sleeping. The sand was so white. I would come here again.

Perfect Location

Very clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful week over the Christmas holiday! The location was perfect, easy walk to the beach even in the freezing temps! Management quickly addressed everything! The internet was spotty but we managed. Recommend!
