This upscale property with its quality furnishings and décor gives an unbeatable vacation experience for your family and friends! The beachfront location and amazing views provide the finest in oceanfront living. The 30’ swimming pool and hot tub (shared) provide hours of relaxation. A cozy King Suite has its own deck with a birds-eye view of the ocean. Each bedroom is thoughtfully furnished, spacious and comfortable. Multiple ROKU Smart TVs to provide evening entertainment for all ages. Enjoy gatherings in the open main floor living and dining areas that provide fantastic ocean views. The kitchen features granite countertops, new stainless appliances, a dishwasher, high quality stainless steel cookware and regular and Keurig coffee makers. Whether you spend your time relaxing in the sand or the poolside deck, strolling the beach, or viewing spectacular sunsets from the covered and open furnished decks, this home will provide you with the vacation of a lifetime!

We had a great experience at this beachfront condo. Everything was as described the place was clean, nice pool, and right on the beach. Wish we could've stayed longer.

Beach week

Great location, lots of space. Love being on the beach with a pool. Grandkids enjoyed both. Issue with freezer but prompt response and no loss of food. Will stay again.

Family vacation

Much needed chance for myself and my sons to reconnect. We had a wonderful time. Enjoyed the house,the pool and the ability to spend time on the beach. the neighborhood was lovely audit was easy to get around.

So great!

A week here was needed and it let us just relax and unwind. Check-in is easy, check out is easy. We'll make a few minor recommendations to the owner, but would/will definitely stay here again.

The inside of the duplex could’ve been a lot cleaner. The shower doors were not cleaned. The bottom of the shower wasn’t cleaned. Full of dust under the couch and chairs. The pillows that they decorate with were not clean. Two rooms upstairs had a large roach. Utensils in the kitchen need replacing. I was surprised spending the money as it wasn’t nicely kept as most B&B’s. The dishwasher has food packed inside the filter and the dishes don’t get totally clean. It needs a good filter cleaning. I’m only saying this because there’s a lot that needs to be really deep cleaned and taken care of. We had a nice vacation together!

Just what We All Needed

After a long and busy winter, a Spring Break at SunLife East was just what we needed. The duplex/house was roomy and bright, supplied all the linens and towels we needed and the view of the beautiful ocean couldn’t be better! Dolphins were a fun source of “entertainment” for one and all. So very thankful we found this place while searching VRBO. The Emerald Isle Realty staff who handled this reservation and fielded questions were superb. Hope to return again!

It’s a condo duplex—don’t be fooled by the listing photos that make it look like a standalone house. Both we and the neighbors we shared a porch, pool, and hot tub with were surprised when we arrived.The location is fantastic, but we were disappointed with the property itself. For the price, we expected much more. The home was poorly stocked overall, and the kitchen was especially lacking in basic supplies and essentials. While the location was a major plus, the accommodations did not justify the cost. We would not consider it a good value for the price paid.
