We have been staying at Glori East for several years now. We come back again and again because it is truly a treasure: the views are spectacular, the house is comfortable, well-stocked, and dog-friendly, the location is perfect (just minutes away from Publix and good restaurants) and the host is terrific to work with. We have made many precious family memories here and consider it a home away from home. Be sure to check out the Carolina Home and Garden Center if you visit - it's a hidden gem!

Fantastic place to stay, and we have been back many times in the last 25 years. A perfect place to start any beach morning. Sitting in a rocker, drinking a cup of coffee and watching the sunrise. The rooms were immaculate and as someone who enjoys cooking the kitchen was perfect. We will be back.

The house and property were very nice! The location was great and the owner was very responsive. The only issue was the connecting neghbors of this duplex were heavy smokers which limited our porch time. No fault of this property owner, just something we will consider when choosing another house rental.

What a beautiful view!

We had a great visit at Glori East! Short walk to the beach, nice porch with a gate and large clean outdoor shower. Kitchen was very well equipped and clean. The owner is readily available for any questions or issues. Great place for a family stay! The water at EI is so beautiful and clear! We even saw a turtle nest hatch! Can’t wait to visit again!

We had a great time! The home was beautifully decorated and extra clean! We had all we needed for cooking during the week. The bed in the queen room was super comfy!! The one thing we forgot was beach towels, but the Walmart is about 20 minutes away and we were able to purchase them there. The decks with the rocking chairs were super enjoyable! We really enjoyed the location and the beach!

A True Gem

Just got back from a week’s stay at Glori East. It was perfect, from the beautifully decorated space, well thought out amenities (the kitchen is definitely a cook’s kitchen with absolutely everything you need), and the Wonderful location. We will be back for sure. the wonderful location.

Holiday Away

This is our third time renting this property for the two weeks over Christmas and New Year's. The property is in an ideal location with a great layout. Nancy, the owner, is lovely and very responsive if anything comes up.

Beautiful home! Decorated beautifully! We had an outstanding week. The weather was perfect. Location is amazing! Every day was a unique sunrise and sunset. The deck has very comfortable rocking chairs. Nice private access to the beach at the bottom of your stairs. Location of the house is amazing with expansive views of the shoreline. Amazing views from all rooms of the house. Everything was clean and Nancy does a good job of providing the necessities for your visit. Beach chairs are provided. Beautiful new washer and dryer. Neighborhood is safe and quiet. We had an amazing time and will definitely be back next year. Thank you Nancy!

Great location on the beach. The house was large enough for 5 adults. Very nicely decorated and provisions for beach, house and laundry. We were all very happy with our stay.
