気になった点 : 清潔度、コミュニケーション、ロケーション、掲載情報の正確さ

First issue was that at check in we were asked to download an app for access which did not end up working and had to access the keys from the lock box. When we pulled in from driving 8 hrs, the gate to the property was open, broken and does not in fact lock. There was extension cords on the front porch and back porch just laying there. When we walked in there was a musty smell. Walls are not clean. Chairs were broken and we could not all sit together during dinner. Pool was dirty, they stated the color was due to the pollen but there was a lot of bugs. It did get better when they stated they cleaned the pool but not by a lot. There was not enough toilet paper to accommodate 10 people in the house and when asked for more they said the team to work on it and we never got any. The fence in the back was leaning like it was about to fall and was getting fixed while we were there. There were no napkins in the kitchen. The area is not what we expected and it smelt like marijuana on multiple occasions when we were outside. We found ramen on the bed , a dirty comb behind the mirror of one the bedrooms. I’m not one to usually leave reviews but this listing is not what is described or pictured.
