Great Property

The house was absolutely awesome. Everything looks like the photos. The owner is a great communicator and I truly enjoyed working with him for a great stay. I am definitely coming back and have decided to make this my home when in the Houston area.

Perfect for our family

The condo fit our family’s needs in every way. Plenty of space for puzzles, cards and watching football. The only opportunity for improvement is having new sponges instead of old. And the master shower door is a bit dirty. Other than that the place was great.

Very nice home. Spacious and comfortable

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was nice, clean and enough space for our guests. We struggled with the WiFi/ TV which was a minor inconvenience but did not upset our trip and I did receive a response from the “manager” when I reached out the first time. It looks like the pictures. The condo building exteriors are little old but nothing alarming. You will notice that in the pool picture. Stay here if you like the price and you want a nice home with a lot of beds! You won’t be disappointed.

Lots of room. Clean inside. Garage was filthy. Nasty. Linens / Towels need to be upgraded. Bathroom upstairs floor was dirty. TV was hard to work kept going on and off.

Ladies Retreat

Had a Check in issue bc the top was locked so i had to use the emergency alternate entry. The owner have very slow response. Their were baby roaches in the kitchen, hair all over the floor in the bathroom upstairs and the towels were extremely dirty which i washed again before use. Also didnt like the list of things that's required to be done upon departure, eventhough i complied, that's what i paid a cleaning fee for. Other than that, a very spacious place to accommodate a large party of people., comfortable beds, love the upstairs balcony and nice location.

Disgusting

THE PROPERTY WAS CHANGED AT THE TIME OF CHECKIN AND COAKROACH BUGS WERE EVERYWHERE BUT WE HAD NOWHERE ELSE TO GO WITH OUR CHILDREN. THE OWNER STOPPED MESSAGING ME WITH SOLUTIONS AND I WAS COMPLETELY EXHAUSTED FROM TRAVELING WITH CHILDREN SO WE SUFFERED WITH 3 YEARS OLD TWINS ALL ON THE INFESTED FLOORS. THIS WAS MY FIRST STAY THROUGH VRBO AND NOW I DO NOT FEEL COMFORTABLE WITH EVER GOING THROUGH THE OWNER OR VRBO AGAIN. I AM SO HAPPY TO BE LEAVING NOW I HAVE TO FUMIGATE MY LUGGAGE. I'M SO FRUSTRATED.

Roomy luxurious property

The condo has tons of room and private bathrooms for each of our guests. Amenities were great with large TVs in each bedroom.

A Beautiful Home!

Mislead but Surprised

Upon arriving we were very disturbed and disappointed. The condominium community is extremely run down and not pleasing to the eye. A gentleman was sleeping on a couch sitting on the side of the road outside the condos.The pool looks to be completely unkept and infested. I wouldn't let my animal swim in it. Upon walking inside of the condo and walking around we were very impressed with the cleanliness and nice decor. There were also small bugs throughout. The Master bedroom however has been turned into a room that would be more suitable for the entire family or several children as there is the double beds inside of it. There are 2 twin beds literally in the common area that would also be great for kids. This is not exactly a home that I'd recommend for multiple couples to stay in. Large families will be a great fit for this home. The photos of the outside are totally filtered. Because me and my guest were extremely excited about the misleading pool I would not stay here again. The host was very kind, accommodating and responsive but the misleading completely disappointed me.

Our getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at this property, loved that it was a gated community as well! Inside seems to be recently remodeled and everything was very nice for us! The owner was quick to answer any questions or concerns I had! I would definitely consider booking this location again!

Initially given incorrect gate code. Quickly addressed. Had to call police the first evening due to domestic disturbance outside. Of course this is not the fault of the property owner.
