Beautiful second-floor unit in the fun and hip Broadway area of Newport, RI. The unit is 0.3 miles from Newport Hospital, 1.5 miles from the Newport Naval Station, steps to dining on lower Broadway, as well as walking distance to downtown Newport. This unit includes a beautiful, expansive outdoor deck providing plenty of additional space to enjoy the sunshine. The unit was recently renovated with the following: Kitchen: new flooring, cabinets, countertops, and appliances, Bathroom- new vanity and flooring, Outdoor deck was completed refurbished. Fresh paint throughout the entire unit. The unit already boasts beautiful hardwood floors, large windows and high ceilings with great natural light.

I had a wonderful stay here! It’s a cozy house in excellent condition. Great view from the terrace, perfect for enjoying the Newport weather. Only a short walk to downtown and countless shops and restaurants. The host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. No issues I had went unresolved. I hope I get the chance to stay here again.

My husband and I are Rhode Island locals who met at the University of Rhode Island and are the founders of HomeMade RI. We lived in Narragansett during college years at URI and again in our late 20's. My husband grew up in Newport and we both lived there as well in our early 20's. We have migrated to Northern RI for our primary residence but always have a soft spot for Narragansett and Newport :). We love being near the ocean and sharing all the joy Rhode Island has to bring with our kids, family and friends. We love to share the warm feeling of joy, comfort, and awesome memories with others that Rhode Island has given to us over the years no matter the season.
