Summary:
Fun, Funky, Modern eclectic apt filled with cozy character. Recently fully renovated . Located 4 min walking from the beginning of Thames St. or walk 5 mins to Broadway, the new "hipster hot spot" filled with shops, restaurants, bars and coffee joints including the famous Nitro Bar. New back deck added in Jan 2024. 5min from the base of the bridge. Very large full bathroom, brand new fully stocked kitchen, new appliance, quartz countertops. Locally owned & operated.
The Space:
Second floor apartment in an original 1900s Victorian home. Large cozy bedrooms and one very large bath. Fully stocked kitchen, new appliances and washer and dryer in unit. Deck off the back of the apartment. Part of a two family but no shared space between both guests. Private entrances. Large back deck for outdoor nights.
Guest Access:
Our guests have access to the entire second and third floor, apartment 2. The back deck is private for your use. There is one tenant on the first floor.
Other Things to Note:
This home is pet-friendly, however, there's going to be a $350 pet fee. Also, please know that the maximum pets allowed per stay is 2 and is subject for approval. If you are bringing a pet you must let us know prior to your stay and your pet shall never be left unattended in the property.
This monthly listing does have a reasonable utility allowance of $250/month during the winter months (Nov 1 - May 1)
