The newly furnished bedroom has a king-size bed and along with the sofa sleeper in the living room accommodates up to 4 guests comfortably. Beautiful Beach Front Condo

My husband and I got married in Wailea and this was the perfect beach front condo to celebrate this special time! Our family members also rented condos at Luana Kai and it was so fun! The unit was super clean and perfect for this occasion!

21st Anniversary trip to Paradise

We love staying in the Kihei area. It’s beautiful there for sunsets. This was our 1st time staying at Luana Kai. The unit was clean and had the basics. Unfortunately the bed pillows, linens (1set of sheets provided), bath and beach towels (2each provided ) could use an update as were quite used. The in unit washer was a needed necessity as a result. On a positive note the mattress was very comfortable. We contributed to the kitchen with purchasing and leaving for future guests a large Brita water pitcher, a cheese grater, organic olive oil, basalmic vinegar and new full pepper grinder. We had a wonderful stay with the exception of a storm that hit the island and brought a mudslide down to our part of Kihei.That reduced our being able to walk the road to the nearby shopping and restaurants for about a week since Maui county was slow. The condo management had fortunately hired a wonderful team that did a quick and fantastic job with cleaning up the entrance and parking areas. After the storm and not being able to go in the ocean, we were able to enjoy some extra time at the pool. The condo quiet hours were from 10pm to 8am which we liked. We love waking up to the birds singing however were awoken early at 6:45 am almost daily by people out by our bedroom window having their morning coffee and chats in the central walk way and lanai directly across from us. We met many lovely guests and tenants while there and would definitely stay at Luana Kai again. Mahalo

I am Leslie and I moved to Maui 40 years ago.  I immediately started work at Luana Kai in Kihei and am still here.  I am blessed to call Luana Kai my FAMILY.  I have had the pleasure of watching families grow up year after year and some who were babies when I started are coming back with their babies now.  Such a delight.  

I am happy to say most of my employees have been here for 10 plus years.  We are on site in the front office and can take care of you.  We are a happy bunch and look forward to welcoming you to our Luana Kai home.

Watch for whales swimming and breaching from November through May when our humpback friends are all part of the family. You can stroll the park and beaches and view windsurfers, fishermen, whales, kites and kite-boards. After a spectacular sunset, you can cool off in one of our optionally air-conditioned condos.
