The best time ever. Everything was as described and Janine was one of the best hosts we have ever had. Super responsive and accommodating to all of our needs. The home had everything our family of 12 needed for our trip to Legoland. We will definitely be visiting again.

We were a large family in town for a wedding in San Marcos. The house was perfect for our group. The kids loved the pool and the game room. The kitchen was large enough for us to cook meals. We also enjoyed the BBQ. Highly recommend.

This is such an AMAZING family vacation home. The host is absolutely adorable! Janine will answer my text within minutes for any questions. Our host is very kind and thorough with details. She really went above and beyond to ensure our family trip is enjoyable, comfortable, and unforgettable! The house is picture gorgeous like the photos. Every room is spotless clean, the beds are comfortable, every room is spacious and well designed with comfort in mind. Families with children will love this place! Our favorite part is the game room, the enormous and detailed filled kitchen. The pool and hot tub are a plus! We were able to grill steak outside, enjoy every aspect of our trip with this home. Thank you Janine!

Family reunion

We had family reunion for my mom's 80th birthday. Everyone loved the beautiful and clean house with a nice view in the backyard. The kids enjoyed the pool. The host was very friendly and accommodating. We had a great time!

Wonderful House for Family Gathering

Our family came to the area to celebrate Christmas with my aging grandma so we needed a large place to stay and gather. The house was spacious, had a large kitchen with an island, multiple places to sit and gather, and my kids loved the bunkbed and play room! The backyard was a nice big space to hang out in, as well as a beautiful pool, and gorgeous view. The house was clean, and kept up very well, with everything we needed. Janine was very communicative, helpful, and went over and above to make sure that our stay was what we hoped it would be. I would definitely stay here again!

Could use some TLC

The house definitely looks better on line. It lacked alot of basic essentials to cook and clean with. We had to re-wash and clean several items before using them. The house was spacious and definitely large enough for our group of 12 a lot of areas to hang out and relax in. The one issue we encountered that we’ve never experienced was paying an additional fee for the jacuzzi to be hot when we wanted to use it. What a bummer to learn that you have to request it be turned on by the host when you wanted to get in, @ 50 per two hour increments. No one in our party has ever experienced that with our rentals. We did however talk to the host about our concerns and dissatisfaction with the way we found the home and she did accommodate us, which we appreciated. Overall we had a good time with our basketball team and parents despite some of the flaws in the home. We purchased some basic items for the kitchen and to clean with for the next group who stays there so they have some stuff to work with.
