A very nice good sized home in a great location for everything we needed the king bedroom is very nice.

Double booked

Planned to stay with family for daughter’s graduation weekend. The property was double booked, didn’t get to stay. Ended up paying for multiple hotel rooms.

Fun Holiday Decor

Spokane is the halfway point to meet our daughter & her family. We met the weekend after Christmas and were pleasantly surprised to see the house completely decorated with a tree and stocking hung over the fireplace. We had a few issues with power and a bad sensor in the water heater that kept going off - but overall had a great time.

Double booked and still hasn't refunded us

Upon arrival at the property there was a car in the driveway. We attempted to call the host to be told to text please. We text him and he informed us someone had checked in the night before. We called vrbo customer service and they talked to the property owner. He told them he would refund us upon getting back to a computer. We have still not been refunded and he is not answering text.

Hi brandon am sorry for you not getting refunded yet but i got a call from vrbo to ask. What had happen and i told there was a double booking and they asked me if they could refunde you and. I sed yes not sure if you know but vrbo is the one charging you and taking your card number not me so i dont get your money till week after you leave but ppl always think its the host that does not want to pay u back so i think you should inform yourself before accusing ppl of something a host has not done and sorry for the inconvenience but things happen i will call agian to see what happen with your refund agian i do not receive money just because you have a booking we do not see money till week after u leave our place

I reserved this property to celebrate with my girlfriends the end of a year of breast cancer treatment and the 1 year anniversary of our dear friend's passing. When we arrived at the property at 8:00 pm, it was occupied by other people having a party. When I called and messaged Omar the owner, he didn't respond and when VRBO tried contacting him he didn't respond. He didn't respond until 24 hours later and said he "double booked" the property. The house is up for sale and Omar didn't care. Very unacceptable and inconvenient for us.
