Owner is a member of Alliance for Neighborhood Prosperity, a local STR advocacy group with direct links with specialized local tours of New Orleans and its environs. The property is located along the Magazine Street commercial corridor and also within the historic Lower Garden District neighborhood. The building has been preserved and tastefully renovated by the current owner. This building was designed by the great Henry Howard, a 19th century architect responsible for many of the great mansions found in the Garden District. The property maintains much of its original character and has its own private entrance. The interior is extremely comfortable.
