We wanted to create a special place where we could gather with friends and family to share those experiences and continue enjoying everything this beautiful area has to offer.

We chose this neighborhood because it’s ideal for our young kids who love spending time outdoors. With the city park, fishing ponds, and the Guttenberg city pool just across the street, it offers endless opportunities for them to play, swim, and explore—all within a short walk from the house.

Perched at the base of the scenic Guttenberg bluffs, this charming home is just a short 200-yard stroll from the Guttenberg Pool and Darwin Duwe Ballfield and Playground. For a truly special experience, head to the spacious rooftop patio, complete with comfortable seating, a gas fireplace, and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen featuring a gas grill and refrigerator. Relax on your private patio while taking in beautiful views of the Clayton County Freedom Rock and nearby city ponds. It's the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the surroundings.
