Welcome to Summit 1105!

Located on the 11th floor, this beautiful beachfront condo with a balcony facing the white sand beaches and Gulf of Mexico comfortably accommodates up to six individuals, with a king bed in the bedroom, a pair of bunk beds recessed in an alcove in the hallway, and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room.

Perfect

I had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly communicative and responsive, making check-in and the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The place was exactly as pictured—clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The view of the ocean was absolutely stunning and even better in person. It was the perfect peaceful getaway spot, with everything I needed to relax and unwind. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene escape by the sea!

Perfect!

We stayed here after our trip to Daytona got canceled while we were on the road. The Summitt was perfect! They were so polite and accommodating for us! It couldn't have turned out better! The condo was beautiful and clean! The view was perfect! Definitely will stay here again!

The Summit, PCB, Room 1105

We enjoyed this condo so much that we extended our stay. The tiki bar was fun to hang out at. There's a little restaurant on site, Bikini Bobs, that has great snacks, 6.00 burgers, 2.00 beers and cheap cocktails. Walking distance to so many other places. It's an older place but clean. Good choice if you're on a budget or just thrifty like me.p.s. Bring extra bath towels and your own beach towels, plus maybe extra laundry soap.

Not what we expected

The place was more run down then expected. Someone in the condos smoked weed outside morning and night so we couldn't enjoy the balcony. We ended up leaving a night early because this place was our vibe at all. Not very relaxing.

Great deal for amazing ocean view and building amenities!

Very clean. The property manager was very responsive. The building and amenities like the pool, tiki bar, and sand washing stations were very nice and clean. Residents and other guests were family-friendly. The security team always seemed attentive and present, so we felt safe. Not our favorite area of PCB so be sure to always check Google maps street view so you are aware of what's around the building before you book, but we felt for the price, it was great condo and we had a great time. We did recommend some basic updates to the property manager such as a newer TV for the bedroom and newer patio cushions. If you don't want to spend tons of money and want a nice beach and pool access and still feel safe, then I would recommend this place. It has a terrific view of the ocean, so it was a good deal for us!

3 Star Not Good

The room was dusty in a lot of spots. The worst part was when we got there the room was very hot. I called the number and we had to wait for a maitance person to come and look at it. He said they knew the thermostat was bad and so he had to go to Walmart and then come fix it. After driving 10 hours and then another 4 hours for air to be fixed wasn't a great impression. That should have been fixed before we got there. Plus our vacation time was on hold waiting around for it to be fixed.
