Enjoy the spectacular and unobstructed views from this newly renovated 5th-floor condo, as you sit on the balcony watching the waves hit the sugar-white beach below. There is nothing more beautiful. With its fresh interior and easy beach access, this is truly the setting for your dream vacation.



From the balcony, you`ll walk inside this spacious and open living room, which is a lovely place to unwind after a long day in the surf and sand, a swim, beach-combing, or a sunny tennis match. Sink into the deep, cushioned couch and put your feet up or relax in the comfortable chair, so everyone can enjoy a movie together on the 48" LCD HDTV. A perfect way to finish a perfect day!



The open kitchen spills into a breakfast bar and an adjacent dining table. You`ll love the fully appointed, convenient kitchen, stocked with all major and minor appliances you may need during your vacation stay, as well as a complete set of cookware, utensils, and dishes. Spring break vacation

I stayed at this property with my family for spring break every thing was on point it was also close to other convenient locations like restaurants and the Walmart my kids enjoyed the jacuzzi and pool the beach was good too we had fun.

Loved this place

This was a top 10 property. It was true to the photos, beautifully decorated and fully stocked with everything we needed from cooking and kitchen to bathroom and beach. It is beachfront and close to everything. Bed and pillows were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Elevator’s are horrible!! The stuff is not friendly at all! We will never stay here again! We loved the location it’s the and convenient to things.We will look somewhere else next year!

Great place to stay!

We had a great trip! It was a beautiful condo. It had everything we needed except for a washer and dryer. We probably won't stay there again because of this. But you could tell that the owner took pride in their place with the cleanliness and decor of their condo!

Nice beach time

We enjoyed the stay at The Summitt. I have stayed there before but been a few years. Our condo was updated abd decorated very nicely. The only complaint would be the elevator on our end went down 3 times during our stay. Not a big deal during a fall stay cause not as crowded but i could see it would be a big deal in the summer. Otherwise sll was perfect.

Overall this is a nice place. The condo was a little in the dirty side. The couch was stained we found the previous guest dirty laundry left in the shower. We ran into a small issue and the owners acted immediately to fix it. The building was nice and quiet and the beds were very comfortable.

Mother Son trip

The condo was at end of resort in a great location overlooking the hot tubs. The elevator was out so walking only 5 flights of stairs was good.Condo itself was clean and well stocked with any item you would need!! The host was very easy to contact and got back to me in a very timely matter. The only issue is noise at night from the hot tub parties that occured nightly and there is not a washer and dryer in condo. The laundry was not working and the 3 machines working were at the other end of resort. This is a great condo to stay in only issues were with the resort itself. Would book and stay again!!!

Pros: Newly renovated, brand new appliances, clean bedding, large balcony, complimentary products, 2 large pools, great pool atmosphere and kid friendly. Cons: Slow elevators, very large complex so it was naturally overcrowded, no laundry in the condo (which I already knew) but i couldn't find one on site. I had to go to a laundry mat. Stains on wall in bedroom and on bathroom door. Eyelash left in bunk bed area stuck on shelf. No towel service. Overall, was decent. I loved the updated appliances and updated condo period. I knew what I was reserving. The cleanliness feel could be improved.

Dear Michael, Thanks for visiting! It was a pleasure having you. We wish you had contacted us regarding your issues as we would have gladly sent a crew back and shown you where the 2 laundry rooms are in the complex. Condos usually don't offer towel services but we could have asked the cleaning company if this was a possibility. We hope you enjoyed our beautiful beaches and created memories!
