Thank you. I am so glad you picked our home for your family holiday. And, what better a place then beautiful Lake Tahoe to have it in. Especially, with the beautiful snow we have had. I am also happy to hear you feel the kitchen has what you need to cook a great meal. Hearing that from a professional chef of your caliber makes me smile. Please come back and visit anytime. Maybe visit in the summer for a whole new experience? Our beach association is a great place for lakefront fun. We hope to have the hot tub and outside fire pit in by the spring.

Wow. You are very creative. I think my 100% 10 out of 10 reviews will speak for themself. Many reviews mention how easy I am to deal with. I did approve 1 extra guest. This is in writing that I approved 9 people. You brought 11. We allow 6 people age 16 and over and 8 total. Our permit allows 2 cars. You brought 3.. The county can fine us and / or take away our permit for having more guest or cars than our permit allows.MY VRBO site clearly states we have cameras on the driveway to verify guest count and for security purposes. Most host have driveway cameras. The house was checked by my property manager and the cleaners 20 minutes before you arrived 3 hours early. I said “No problem, go on in”. When I messaged you about the extra guest and cars, you apologized and offered to pay more money. I declined and said money is not the issue. Losing my permit to rent is and the wear and tear on my house. I was concerned with that many teenage boys. You promised to take care of my house.My cleaners arrived right after you checked out and immediately informed me that the house was trashed and things were broken. You also left an open flame on a kitchen burner. You could have caught my house on fire. I contacted VRBO for guidance since I have never had this happen. They said to contact you directly. I sent you a copy of the message from my cleaners and pictures of the damages. You snapped in half an expensive vintage chair. You took a vintage oar, used as decor, off the wall in the master bedroom and the teenagers played with it the snow (seen on camera when we reviewed them after checkout)and left it out there to be buried in the snow. It’s ruined. My shovelers found it out buried on the deck. You scratched and dented a high kitchen cabinet, most likely by the oar being played with inside the house. You bent the screen on the fireplace. Furniture was moved all over the house and bags of trash left everywhere. My cleaners charged me an extra fee for the first time ever. When I tried to discuss with you these damages you immediately called me a scammer. You are the only one showing tendencies of a scammer. You had to know you broke the chair, but did not let me know. You brought more people and cars than approved. You tried sneaking in 3 hours early for check in, when you could have just asked to check in early. When you offered me money for the extra guest, I declined and said “have fun”. You stated you wouldn’t “hesitate” to pay for damages and that is in fact what you did. You were given pictures, proof of the vintage items value and you would not compensate us. All our communications are through the app and in writing. I will readily show any future guest our written documented conversations to back up everything I have written above. Also you filed with VRBO 3 times and they ruled in our favor each time based on the evidence. Your insurance even ruled in my favor based on the evidence submitted and compensated us for your damages. It only covered a portion of the damages leaving us out of pocket $$.
