FLOORPLAN
⭐ This cozy second-floor villa offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and lovely pool views. Step out onto the balcony to enjoy the warm sunshine and watch the fun at the pool below.
The kitchen features soft-close cabinetry, full-size appliances, and plenty of space to prep meals. A stackable washer and dryer is conveniently tucked next to the fridge. In the living room, you'll find a sofa sleeper, an additional sofa, and a Smart TV—just log in with your favorite streaming accounts and unwind.
The primary bedroom includes a king bed and private bathroom with a walk-in shower, open vanity, and calming coastal touches. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and its own TV for easy downtime. The second bathroom is just across the hall and features a soaking tub/shower combo.
You'll find everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay—right here at Vitamin Sea!

GUEST ACCESS
⭐ You will have access to the entire property (excluding the Owners closet). You will check in using an electronic keypad lock located on the entry door. The access code and additional restrictions will be sent before arrival. It is very important that we get a good email address from you after booking.
STARTER KIT
⭐ Our property has a Starter Kit to get you through your first 24-48 hours. This includes two kitchen trash can liners, two dishwashing packets, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels. We supply bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We do not provide beach towels, laundry detergent, seasonings/spices, zip locks, or liquid dishwashing detergent. You can pick up your favorite items at the nearby Walmart, Target, Publix, or Winn-Dixie.
Wi-Fi
⭐ Our property offers free Wi-Fi, and the details can be found in the property binder located in the kitchen/living room area or in the digital property guidebook. While we strive to provide a reliable connection, please note that Wi-Fi signal strength may vary, especially during peak season due to high demand in the area. If you require high-speed internet, we recommend bringing a personal hotspot device. Please remember to bring your streaming service passwords and log out when you leave.
PARKING
⭐ Maximum of 2 vehicles (strictly enforced). The parking passes will be inside the unit next to the black property binder on the counter. The resort is very strict on parking and unfortunately, will not allow more than 2 vehicles per reservation. Failure to return the parking passes will result in a fine. No trailers of any kind are allowed.
BEACH SERVICE / BEACH GEAR
⭐ Complimentary beach service is not included with your stay. However, beach chair and umbrella rentals are typically available through the beach attendant near Pompano Joe's. You'll often find beach chairs, toys, and umbrellas at the condo for your use as part of a leave-one, take-one setup, so we can't guarantee what will be available upon your arrival. However, guests are welcome to enjoy whatever is there!
DISTANCE TO BEACH
⭐ Our condo is a quick 6-8 minute walk to the beach!
POOLS
⭐ The community offers two pools just steps from our condo! Please review and adhere to the Safety Precautions sign next to the amenity. Use the amenity at your own risk!
GRILL
⭐ Grills are not allowed on the balcony. No grills are provided within the community.
PETS
⭐ Absolutely NO PETS. If you bring a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $500 per pet and be asked to leave.
BOOKING
⭐ You must be 25+ to book. The person booking and paying for the reservation must be a group member staying at the property. Read, review, and sign OUR rental agreement within 48 hours of booking and before check-in. No events or parties are allowed.
CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT
⭐ Check-in any time after 4 pm CST. Check-out is any time before 10 am CST.
EARLY ARRIVALS
⭐ We would love to accommodate early arrivals. However, it is nearly impossible during the busy season due to increased traffic delays and a limited workforce. Therefore, if you have an early flight, please plan to book an extra day so that you may check in before 4 pm. If that isnt an option, one of our favorite public beaches is Pompano Joe s in Miramar Beach. It offers large bathrooms, plenty of parking, and a beachside restaurant. Our PCB properties have many options for public beach access, but our favorite would be Public Beach Access 54-57, right in front of Pier Park! Since we are always on a tight schedule, we ask that all guests depart promptly at 10 am CST.
KITCHEN
⭐ The fully equipped kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, bakeware, glasses, mugs, plates, flatware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, and fire extinguisher under the sink.
SMOKING
⭐ NO SMOKING on the premises. You will be charged a minimum of $1,000 fee for smoking inside the property.
REFUNDS
⭐ Absolutely NO refunds or discounts due to weather, natural disasters, or any other situations beyond our control.
Lastly, HAVE FUN at the beach, but please beware of rip currents, and understand the beach flags!

Forever Vacation Rentals
Shannon and I moved from St. Louis, MO to Destin, FL in the Summer of 2011. I have over 20 years in the Property Management field including Vacation Rentals, Multi-Family, and Senior Living. I am also a Realtor with Worth Clark Realty. Shannon is our “go-to guy” and always goes above and beyond. He handles the majority of operations which includes Inspecting and Scheduling Turns, Owners' Statements, Accounting, and helps to oversee our Housekeeping Department. You will find that we are passionate and very hands-on. Not only are we available to our Homeowners at all times, but we are also available to our guests.
God has blessed us with our two children, Riley (18 y/o) and Jax (8 y/o). Our hearts and home are also filled with our fur babies! We support our local animal shelters and rescues. We are thankful for our cat and our dogs (Rocky and Jubilee).
We look forward to our Friday night movies at home with our children, fishing (although we aren't any good at it – haha), church, and Sunday football. We are very family oriented and find that most homeowners become like family to us.
In the Spring of 2016, we expanded our business by hiring Debbie. She is my amazing mom! When it came time to hire someone, it only made sense to bring her on board! You honestly can't find a more caring, loyal, and trustworthy person! Debbie handles all of our reservations and during the summer months, she helps with our inspections. If you ever want to hear a friendly voice and be uplifted, call her!
We can't forget about the rest of our team! EVERY. SINGLE. PERSON. on our team is important to our success. Our goal is to hire folks with passion, enthusiasm, and motivation to win! We want them to know that no detail is too small, and a happy guest is a repeat guest! There is nothing more rewarding than to receive a compliment about how genuine and hard-working we are! Small gestures go a long way in this business! We love to WOW!
