Our host was amazing!!! We rented the week of NYE, and a big storm started early new years eve day. Hunter checked in with us to make sure all was well, and after short local area internet outage, Hunter offered, and was over in 15 minutes rebooting and getting our internet access up and going again! Hunter saved NYE and our family reunion!

Clean home great location

Property manager was extremely responsive, professional and helpful. House was very clean. Bedding was fantastically comfortable. Great location to restaurants and shops.

Berkeley visit

The house was not very clean. We found a pot of old coffee in coffee pot. There was a half eaten bag of chips in the night stand in our bedroom. The one bedroom was not private at all. The kitchen on one side & living room on the other. The living room was too crowded. It had some much stuff in there that was not needed. Folding chairs, speakers, a table so big you couldn’t move around.

Somewhat odd arrangement but it was great for our family

We were in the area for my mom’s funeral and wanted a place all the out of town people could all stay. This house was perfect.
