The owner’s communication and response time was excellent. The property was very clean and a very nice location for a football weekend in Tuscaloosa.

The location and communication w/ Brad was amazing. Nice cul-de-sac, quiet neighborhood. Awesome having access to the grill and fun activities in the garage. Love all the Crimson Tide memorabilia!! Fresh bread, snacks, drinks, and condiments were a plus!! This definitely helped the first morning. There were 3 real beds. Some cook ware needs replacing, but he is working on updating everything. One sink slow to drain, but he offered to call a plumber. Great dining/game table and TV's. We would stay here again! Thank you!

Charming House in Conveniently Located Neighborhood

The house was cozy and met all of our needs. The dual living room/family room spaces offered plenty of room for all of us. And even though we were unable to take advantage of it, the back patio was a nice extra space for any guests staying here. The host was considerate enough to include a few bonus items for consumption and he was accessible when I needed questions answered.
