700 sq feet apartment on second floor of a Mediterranean style, renovated 1920's building located on Historic Flagler Ave. Be a part of the action. Come for our fun Wine Walks, Bike Week, Art shows. Walk to restaurants, bars, shops and Famous New Smyrna beach. Ocean view from your front balcony. Sleeps 2.
Free Private parking for 1 vehicle, 1 small dog up to 15lbs welcome.
*Pricing varies: Weekends, Holidays and winter Season.
The space is tastefully renovated and decorated. Ocean view from your front covered balcony that overlooks famous Flagler Ave .
Enjoy breakfast , a glass of wine or barbecue dinner while watching all the action on Flagler Ave . Rear outdoor seating area overlooks beautiful Zen courtyard with soothing fountain, beautiful plants, and colorful flowers. Enjoy a cup of coffee from Cool Beans Cafe down below or listen to the music from Trader's bar next door.
Your unit has a fully equipped kitchen, full bath, 1 bedroom with queen bed, living /dining room with, flat screen tv with basic cable and WIFI access.

"Nejma's Flagler Jessamine Center" is located right in the heart of town. Park in our private lot and you can walk to restaurants, bars, shops and beach. Enjoy Bike Week, Wine Walks and Art Fairs all right outside your front door.
Since this exceptional unit is located in the middle of busy Flagler Ave and next to bars and restaurants, guests need to be aware of nightly noise coming from music, pedestrians and vehicles mostly on weekends.

We stayed here to be near the many restaurants and shops on Flagler Ave. it is perfectly located! A small place but just fine for a couple. Good accommodations, although an older place (fewer electrical outlets, small toilet). The owner is VERY accessible and kind!

I was born, raised and educated in Tunisia. I taught French and Arabic. In 1975, I came to the States as a tourist and met my husband. We sailed halfway around the world for 9 years. In 1988, I opened my boutique in New Smyrna Beach. May 30, 2024 I retired from retail. I have an amazing son, granddaughter, grand son and daughter in law my #1 hobby is Traveling and my grands I'm fluent in French, English and Arabic.
