This space was quiet, comfortable and very clean just what I was looking for. The fence backyard was an added bonus perfect for relaxing outdoors. I would definitely stay again if I’m back in the area.

Adorable Townhouse

Charming townhouse! Home is clean, beautiful, and cozy in a lovely, and quiet neighborhood, near FSU. The host is thoughtful and welcoming. We loved it! and our fur baby did, too!👍👍

The host was very kind and quick to respond to any questions which we truly appreciated. The home was also quite spacious which worked well for our group. That said, the property could use some updates and better upkeep. The smoke detector was hanging off the wall so not sure if it was working and I wasn’t able to find a carbon monoxide detector anywhere in the home. The master bed was missing a flat sheet and the fitted sheet had quite a few stains. We also had some trouble getting the front door to lock with the code.For our group of four there were only two washed sets of towels. The additional towels still had tags on them and there was no detergent provided to wash them. In the downstairs bedroom the AC vent cover was missing and the ceiling fan had no bulbs, there were other bulbs missing in the house as well.The floors were also a bit dirty.The neighborhood was worn down and overall we didn’t feel the property matched the 215 per night price. With some improvements this home could offer a much better stay.
