All the reviews make this seem too good to be true. But the hosts really are as thoughtful and caring as they make out! Nothing was too much trouble, and they are very proactive at making sure all your questions are answered and needs are met. The only downside is the area itself - a sleepy village on the mountain. You are about 30 minutes from Split old town, 30 minutes to Omis. There's really nothing nearby for entertainment or dining, so you'll spend a lot of time in the car. On the plus side, it was extremely quiet at all hours, which was a blessing as we had a two year old to put to bed twice a day.

Schönes Haus in guter Lage

Wir waren in Juni 2023 in diesem Haus als zwei Familien, jede Familie hatte ein 2,5-jähriges Kind dabei. Das Haus entspricht den Beschreibungen komplett, es ist sehr sauber und es ist alles vorhanden. Wir durften sogar Gurken, Zwiebeln und Erdbeeren direkt aus dem Beet pflücken. Pool ist toll und passt für Schwimmer und auch für Nicht-Schwimmer (mit Flügelchen). Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut. Man braucht 20 Minuten bis Split und etwa genauso viel nach Omis. Antonija und ihre Mutter Liuba (sind wohnt n der Wohnung im 1. Stock) sind sehr nett. Wir hatte eine tolle Zeit und wir wünschen es euch auch!

Great apartment & lovely hosts

A nice apartment with the downstairs for the guests and the owner living above. A modern interior with a fully functioning kitchen. There is A/C in the living room and WiFi - important for our teenage children. The pool was nice and cleaned regularly. There is also a Charcoal BBQ area. Antonija was an excellent owner, with the help of her mother (we called 'Nonna'), genuinely wanted us to have a nice time and couldn't do enough for us, including bringing fresh vegetables and pastries, or simply pick your own tomatoes or courgettes from the garden. The apartment is in the village of Srinjine that has a couple of supermarkets. To stay here, we had a car and could get to Split in about 20 minutes as well as Omis and Tregar in around half and hour. All in all, we really enjoyed it. Great apartment, great owners and a great holiday.

Spotless, modern accommodation near Split

We were a family of 6 spending a week near Split. This apartment was the perfect base for us to explore the coastline within an easy commute of Split. The hosts were extremely welcoming and helpful, even sharing their homegrown vegetables for us to enjoy! We loved having the BBQ and pool to come back to at the end of each (hot!) day of site seeing. I would recommend this accommodation to larger families or groups who want plenty of space and are happy to cater for themselves. The kitchen is modern and very well equipped and the bathrooms are of hotel standard which was wonderful. A car is essential here as apart from a small local shop, you will need to drive to reach most other facilities. Recommended!

Lovely apartment and wonderful hosts

The apartment was beautifully presented - we were welcomed with gifts of apples, tomatoes and grapes from the garden. The WiFi made it doubly attractive for our teenage children and the pool was clean and just the the right size for a family of five to enjoy. Antonija and Duje were perfect hosts and were able to provide us with suggested trips and places to visit which was so helpful for our first time trip to Croatia. The village of Srinjine was pretty and has a couple of supermarkets, bakery and one cafe / bar. The location requires access to a car and you will probably use it everyday which may be disappointing for some however we were more than happy and a 10 -15 minute drive gets you to the coast and the larger town of Omis or 20-25 minutes in to Split itself. A great apartment, fantastic service and a lovely time had by all.

un très agréable séjour

Accueil très sympathique et chaleureux, Notre famille (2 adultes et 4 enfants) qui découvrait la Croatie y a passé un très agréable séjour. L'appartement est calme, la piscine et le jardin soignés. Antonija et sa famille sont disponibles, notamment pour d'éventuels conseil sur les excursions dans la région. Merci à eux !

Einfach nur Traumhaft !!!

Da es unser erster Urlaub in Kroatien war, waren wir skeptisch ob alles so ist wie wir es uns vorgestellt haben . Und es war so !! Ein Traumurlaub sondergleichen !! Wir wurden von Anfang bis Ende supergut und Liebevoll betreut bzw. behandelt, fast schon als wären wir alte Bekannte oder gute Freunde der Familie !! Kaum hatte man eine Frage oder Bitte wurde diese so schnell wie möglich erledigt bzw. beantwortet ! Ob es um Ausflugsziele ging oder superschöne Strände bis hin zur Bestellung einer Pizza ins Haus !! Wenn Antonija gerade mal nicht vor Ort war. Auch kein Problem ! Dafür gabs ja „Mama“ (Antonijas Mutter ) eine Seele von Mensch !! Liebevoll , Offenherzig , Kinderfreundlich Hilfsbereit. Öffentlich nach Split !! kein Problem !! Mama gab uns genaue Anweisungen wie und wann, und wir waren in Handumdrehen in Split !! Zum Haus selbst : Es gab nichts zu Bemängeln !! Alles wie auf den Fotos !! Küche , Esszimmer , Bäder, Schlafzimmer, Kinderzimmer,Klimaanlage,Griller, Frisches Gemüse aus dem Garten alles passte . Der Pool ein Traum !! Zum Abschluss können wir nur eines sagen !! Kompliment an die ganze Familie von Antonija + Duje Wir kommen bestimmt wieder !!!

Sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, ruhig gelegen, sehr nette Vermieter.

Die Wohnung ist sehr modern, großzügig und sauber. Auch in der Küche alles vorhanden. Alles entspricht den Bildern. Wir durften alles aus dem Gemüsegarten kostenlos mitnutzen. Aus dem Garten mit Pool blickt man in die grünen Berge. Strände mit glasklarem Wasser erreicht man in etwa 15-20 Minuten mit dem Auto. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin und ihrer Familie war sehr herzlich. Antonija ist jederzeit bereit einem Fragen zu beantworten oder beim Organisieren von Ausflügen und Freizeitaktivitäten zu helfen. Wir (6 Freunde und ein Kleinkind) hatten einem tollen Urlaub und kommen gerne wieder.
