Summary:

This villa, featuring four bedrooms and three bathrooms, comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. Enjoy the privacy of the entire home! Let the kids frolic in the pool while you barbecue on the deck. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV, and the home boasts a superb kitchen for preparing delightful family meals. All guests enjoy complimentary access to the gated resort's amenities, including a lazy river, beach volleyball, outdoor basketball, a full gym, kayaking, pool access, and more.



The Space:

Pool and Spa Heating: An additional fee of $30 per day, per night is required. If pool heating is not ordered and paid for 24 hours prior to arrival, please allow over 24 hours for the pool to fully heat. Note that heating times may be longer in colder temperatures. Pool heating operates from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM and is set to 88 degrees; it will not exceed this temperature or operate longer. Ensure you are informed of this before purchasing the service.



BBQ Grill: Available for free use if accessible! The owner is not responsible for refilling the propane tank before or during your stay. Please ensure to clean all food from the top and inside of the grill after use.



Important: Smoking is strictly prohibited at the property!



Service Calls to the Home:

The home undergoes a thorough inspection before your arrival, which includes checks on all toilets, internet, electricity, and water. Plungers are provided for guests to address any clogged toilets. Should maintenance be required, a service charge of $50 will be billed to the guests.



Insects/Inevitable:

The homes are treated regularly for pests; however, due to Florida's tropical climate, the presence of insects may vary with the season. The vacation rental undergoes monthly treatments as part of a pest and termite control program and is cleaned after each stay. We cannot control this aspect and will not offer compensation for related issues.
