The property features a wraparound deck and an upper-floor balcony with Gulf views, providing the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee or unwind at sunset.

Inside, the bright and airy living area is filled with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The open floor plan seamlessly connects the living room, dining area and kitchen, making it ideal for gatherings. The dining area comfortably seats eight, while the fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to whip up a quick snack or prepare a gourmet meal.

PC Beach Retreat C offers four spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to eight guests. The main second-floor features two bedrooms and a full bath, while the third level has two additional bedrooms and another bathroom, ensuring privacy and comfort for all. For added convenience, a community washer and dryer are available onsite.

For larger groups, PC Beach Retreat C can be rented alongside the first-floor units, PC Beach Retreat A and B. Together, the three units form PC Beach Retreat D, a spacious six-bedroom, four-bathroom retreat that sleeps with three kitchens and up to 15 guests. This setup is perfect for family reunions, friend vacations, or any gathering that calls for shared moments and private spaces.
