Welcome to Beach Breeze 5910, a beautifully designed multi-level beach home offering comfort, space, and a great location. This property is a duplex; this listing is for one unit only. The neighboring unit is available to rent as well (VRBO #). Book both for more space.

Excellent, Wonderful Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect 11 nights spent at this beautiful condo in beautiful quiet neighborhood that is still close enough to everything you need for a fun-filled beach vacation.

Pros: house is large, has a good floor plan and the pool and hot tub were a great bonus. Easy walk to the beach and the public access had parking if you prefer to drive. Walking distance to DG for quick shopping.Cons: The listing showed more beds than the house actually had. I tried to call upon check in and got no answer- text seemed to be the only communication option. The house is in need of a little TLCWhen we arrived the floors were dirty, I expect some sand, but there was tons. Plus sticky spots on the floor that your shoes would stick too. It smelled like cleaning products so we assumed it was cleaned just not well. We had two beds unmade and missing bedding. On the listing it showed bedroom 3 with twin/full bunk and two queen beds.. that is not the case. I tried to call & ended up having to text to get anyone. I was told the listing showed the bed count correct in the verbiage even though the breakdown listed it incorrect. We had three families staying together & this was a huge inconvenience & the property management just made sure I knew the listing showed the bed count both ways.. they did have the linens delivered & with an air mattress we bought we made it work. Bedroom 3 was missing the fan remote so we couldn’t use the lights or fan in that room. The back yard is gravel and patio space, but had over grown weeds full of sand spurs. We spent the first evening making beds, setting up fans, pulling sand spurs out of feet & pulling weeds on the path to the pool.

overall satisfaction was 9/10, there were very few small hiccups. communication about my problems was very prompt. the property was beautiful, beach access was excellent. it took longer to walk across the sand than it did to walk to the sand. pool deck was nice, and water temp was amazing, the hot tub was superb. the house has plenty of sleeping and sitting room. we had neighbors for half of our stay and could not hear them through the walls, only when they were parking or leaving and that wasn't loud, just an observation. i would absolutely stay here again in the future!
