A Rural Escape (But Not Secluded)
Yes, we’re in the countryside! No, you’re not totally alone! There are neighboring cabins, so you are not completely isolated. It's quiet, comfortable, and just far enough off the beaten path.
The main and secondary roads leading to the cabin are paved, but the last stretch is gravel and/or hard-packed dirt. Depending on the season, you may encounter potholes, dust, ruts, and steep inclines. A front-wheel-drive vehicle can handle it, but low-profile sports cars and motorcycles are not recommended.
Weather Advisory:
In the event of a major snowstorm or flooding, the road to The Rivers’ Loft may be temporarily impassable. During snow, ice, or heavy rain, a four-wheel-drive vehicle or tire chains may be needed. We always recommend trip insurance because anything can happen. If plans change due to large weather events making the property unaccessible, we’re happy to work with you to reschedule your stay.
