Welcome to our cheerful, cozy 5-bedroom home, tucked into the historic Cooper Park neighborhood in the heart of Bozeman. Built in 1932, this charming home sits on a peaceful, tree-lined street surrounded by parks and green space — just a 5-minute walk from downtown and a short drive to Bridger Bowl ski area, Hyalite Canyon, the Madison River, and countless other outdoor escapes. Lovingly cared for by Erin, a Superhost, your stay is sure to be a memorable one.
What makes this home truly rare in downtown Bozeman is its versatility: it can be enjoyed as one spacious house or thoughtfully divided into two private units for added privacy. The upstairs and downstairs each have their own private entrance, yet remain connected by an interior staircase—making it ideal for large groups of friends or multiple families traveling together. Each floor features its own bedrooms (two upstairs, three downstairs), a full bathroom, a full kitchen, and a full living room. You truly won't find another home like it in downtown Bozeman.
We're only one block from Main Street, where you'll discover Bozeman's best restaurants, shops, and cafés, with several beloved breakfast, lunch, and coffee spots just a 2-minute walk away. Cooper Park and the nearby nature trails are right down the street, offering a peaceful retreat just steps from the heart of town.
Guests will have access to the entire house, including the front yard, backyard, and driveway and parking area.
