This remodeled home is a perfect stay for anyone looking for a short or long stay in Gainesville. The home is conveniently located 5 minutes to Northeast Georgia Medical Center & 3 minutes to the Lake Lanier Rowing Venue. The interior is renovated with all new beds, fixtures, and furnishings. Why stay at a cramped hotel when you can relax at a spacious house with all the comforts of home?
The space

This one story home offers 3 bedrooms & 2 baths. The master bedroom has a queen bed and newly remodeled bathroom. The second bedroom also has a queen bed. The third bedroom contains 2 twin beds. All beds have new mattresses and bedding. A full laundry room is available with detergents provided. There is a second remodeled bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The kitchen is fully stocked and includes a Kurig coffee machine. There is a large living room with plenty of seating and a smart TV on the wall to watch all your favorite shows. Fast Wifi is available for all your streaming devices or spread out in the dining room for a remote work location.

No smoking and no pets are allowed as we want to keep the place new and tidy for our future guests. There is a keyless entry with a code that will be sent before your arrival.

We stayed at this home during a women's conference. It was so clean, plenty of room & the beds were heavenly!! Property is close to anything you may need or want. Carl was a wonderful host who stayed in contact with us if we needed anything throughout our stay. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Great Find!

Very nice and clean large house! Awesome location a little north of Gainesville. 30 minute ride to Dahlonega and beautiful North Ga mountains.

Carl was amazing !

The home was very accurate to the listing ! Carl was so nice and was very accommodating with everything and continue to check up on us to see if we needed anything ! Would definitely recommend and if we come back on another trip we will stay here again

Very Clean, Comfortable and Spacious

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is well maintained and very clean. The beds are very comfortable, especially the master bedroom. We had no issues at all. The location is perfect. About 30 minutes from Helen and close to some pretty good restaurants. Whenever we are back in the area, we will definitely try to stay there again.

We were 3 sisters who stayed to attend a nearby family wedding. The location was wonderful - very easy on and off of highway. The home was adequate for our needs, but is in need of some updates, especially the kitchen. Would like to see a king bed and bureaus in the bedrooms. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and had a fabulous time at the wedding festivites.
