With 4 bathrooms equipped with many amenities, your stay will be delightful. Additional space includes a cozy living room with space for an extra twin bed air mattress if needed. Conveniently located just 15 minutes from Texas A&M University, this is the perfect base for attending any university event, whether it’s a game, a graduation ceremony, Ring Day, or another special occasion. Additionally, you’ll find a range of amenities close by-- 36 diverse restaurants, HEB for your grocery needs, Costco, and Gold’s Gym. Each room is equipped with Smart TVs, allowing you to log into your preferred streaming services and enjoy your favorite shows and movies during your stay. This house was everything and more. Great layout and very comfortable! The hosts thought of everything and made our stay so very comfortable. We were all so impressed and will definitely book again on our next visit to College Station.

This house was perfect for our graduation weekend stay. Beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you need. Comfortable beds- loved that it has 4 king sized beds. The bathroom towels were very soft and nice. Our host was very gracious and accommodating. We will definitely return for our next visit to CSTAT! Felt like home away from home.

What a gem!

We had a fabulous stay. The home is perfect for families. So beautifully decorated with space expertly utilized. It rained on our weekend. Most activities were cancelled. We were easily able to have a game night with the games & large dining table.The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook. This is our first VRBO. We've been to others I've had to pack my kitchen. You could cook a big meal if you wanted to, buy why? Home is located near so many delicious restaurants.Rooms are spacious with king beds & their own full restrooms. If you need to be somewhere & have a large group, this is such a bonus.The extras provided & communication with owner are exemplary. We will definitely be back!Each bedroom w a in in my book.
