The Space:
'Pelican Bay' is a 1,629 sq ft slice of paradise that balances convenience with the warmth of a beach home. The tastefully decorated open-concept living space is accentuated by vaulted ceilings, and a wood-burning fireplace that sets the perfect tone for whisking away colder fall evenings.

The property boasts 3 comfortably appointed bedrooms, making it an idyllic setting for up to 8 guests. Unwind in the master bedroom equipped with a California King where dreams come easy. Subsequent rooms offer a plush Queen bed, and two Twin beds respectively ensuring restful nights for all.

A well-equipped kitchen remains at your disposal to conjure meals and memories alike. Featuring an updated dishwasher, drip coffee maker, and a stylish bar; whipping up a breakfast mimosa or serving piping hot dinners is mere child's play. Our unique addition: an air-fryer to deliver those guilt-free crispy treats!

Stepping outside, you find an expansive backyard that sings the song of Southern tranquility. Dive into a revitalizing saltwater pool or find serenity under the sun umbrella, your very own vacation staple. As evening rolls in, gather around the fire pit for s'mores; while grill masters can display their culinary prowess on the provided gas grill.

Our indoor living area prides itself on modern comforts, including Smart TVs, and a PlayStation, ideal for family movie or game nights. A laptop-friendly workspace is also on hand for those who need to stay connected.

The property facilitates step-free access and provides essentials, including a washer, dryer, linens, and toiletries. Note that while we have a lovely fireplace, we leave it to our guests to provide their own firewood.
