Boulder charm! GORGEOUS historic downtown 2-BD, 1-BA renovated and recently redecorated 1910s craftsman bungalow, "Bluff Hollow.” Located in central Boulder's historic neighborhood, but private-feeling, surrounded by a big yard and tall trees. Shaded patio with cute Adirondack chairs.

High ceilings, hardwood floors, retro-modern "foodies" kitchen, equipped with everything you need for a wonderful stay. Real wood fireplace, central AC, 55" TV. Fiber optic internet. One BD has a Cal King, one BD has a King + a twin.

Note: this property is available "short term only" and we cannot accept any requests longer than 29 nights.

Great location, convenient downtown and Pearl Street. We were a family of four who stayed here very comfortably. The house was well equipped and Kuvy was very welcoming with fantastic communication.

We had a great stay at this property! Two couples in town to visit our children who are students at CU. We were able to walk for coffee in the morning, walk to the stadium for the football game, and walk to Pearl St. for dinner each night. Everything was clean and comfortable, and there were tons of thoughtful touches -- we especially loved the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash that were available. Host was kind and helpful. Will definitely stay again! Thank you for everything.

10/10 experience!! We had the easiest, most comfortable stay here during the move in of our CU freshman. The property is close to everything and with great space to unwind or take things slow in between trips. The host is exceptional! Very responsive and accommodating to personal needs. Highly recommend for home stay comforts in a bright, cheerful space!

Great stay

This home is just perfect for 4 (maybe 5 if a child). We had everything we needed and more. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. There were nice touches left like fresh roses, cream for coffee, and even croissants. Loved the neighborhood and sitting out on the porch. We Ubered to Pearl Street and to great restaurants in the area. We would definitely book this cottage again when we’re in town. Thanks for sharing your home.

Beautiful home!

LOVED our time at this host! The night we got in, I texted a question to the host and he responded almost instantly. House was in a perfect part of the city; close to Pearl Street, CU, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, everything we needed. The kitchen was beautiful, with all the pots/pans/utensils/spices we needed to cook at home. Even our 17 year-old was happy with our stay and she can be a hard one to please. Hope we can stay her again when we’re back in town!!!
