Downstairs is the original layout with 3 bedrooms, the kitchen, living & dining area, and laundry. Walk out onto the deck facing beautiful views of the water, or to the south onto the paver patio where the BBQ is placed. Upstairs ( accessed from outside the home) is the remodeled master suite with a king bed and half bath.

On the main level, each of the 3 bedrooms have queen beds. The upstairs private master suite has a king bed and half bath. There is a single full bathroom with walk-in shower on the main level.

The real entertainment with this property is the lake!! Views, access via private dock or walk out through the manicured lawn onto the sandy beach! Enjoy views of the lake from the hanging swing, or the various outdoor seating options on the deck or patio. Wi-fi internet is available and there is a smart TV in the living room on the main floor as well as a small smart TV in the upper floor master suite.

Fully equipped kitchen with all the common items you`d expect including dishwasher, electric stove, fridge, microwave, etc. There is a dining table in the kitchen w/ 4 chairs, and a couple nice large windows to provide views of the lake. There is a gas BBQ on the side patio.

The living room is equipped with overstuffed leather loveseats and chairs and situated with a dining table between the living are and kitchen. Dining table seats 6. There is a smart TV in the living room as well as a wood burning fireplace, but more impressive are the picture window views of the lake!

Located only a mile from North Beach public access, this beautiful setting provides the separation from the daily buzz of summers in McCall, but puts you within easy reach by car or by boat.

Property is waterfront, set down off Warren Wagon and accessed via a shared loop driveway with ample parking and maneuverability for a boat trailer (a boat would need to be launched at one of the public ramps though).
