The good- location, pool and beach toys providedThe bad- had to climb 3 flights of stairs to get to condo (not listed in description or told to us even when we did mention we were traveling with young kids and elderly), upstairs was super hot in the bunk beds (no air flow and pretty unsleepable, we ended up sleeping on floor)

This was a great play to stay for a family of 6. The place had a good amount of utensils, soap, pots and pans, and beach and snorkel equipment. Something to note is that there was a steamer not an iron and only four beach chairs, but in terms of the beach chairs we made it work. Very clean and the host was always quick to respond. This place is walking distance to the shops as well. Great location. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again!

Nice condo in downtown Kona

The condo is comfortable with all the extra things for a comfortable stay. Most everything is within walking distance. Pool was clean and staff welcoming. Host is very attentive.

Beautiful conveniently located townhome

This place was perfectly located near the brewer, coffee shops, tourist shopping and a wide variety of restaurants. It was very quiet, we never heard neighbors. It was very clean and comfortable with several extras. Beach supplies and coolers were a bonus!!! I would definitely stay here again .

Wonderful

This property is in a great location to walk down to Kona. The neighborhood is quiet. The condo is very clean and tastefully appointed. The new A/C and gorgeous kitchen were very much appreciated.

EXCELLENT if you sleep like the dead

Excellent 2-bedroom loft for families! Loved the hammock and bunk beds. Brand-new dishwasher and laundry machines worked perfectly! Several boogie boards available though 2 split in half. Patio couch broken from prior renters. Owner very responsive when I told her about missing bunk mattress and immediately replaced it.Only problem - you need to be able to sleep through quite a lot of different types of noise:On our first night, Saturday, there was a very loud concert going on somewhere near the property, or it was loud enough that we could hear the singing and the cheering well past 11pm. I messaged the owner who assured me that it was a one-time deal - only there ended up being another very loud concert past 11pm again on Wednesday night.There was a rooster that regularly crowed every morning while it was still dark.On Wednesday morning at 4am there was a dump truck that emptied 3 dumpsters very loudly behind the Longs Drugs adjacent to the empty lot that borders the property.On Sunday morning at 5am there was a man outside yelling and cussing out someone else.On Thursday night there was a couple that decided to "park" in the area behind the Longs Drugs along the fence that borders the empty lot next to the property. They proceeded to yell and laugh loudly past 11pm until I called the cops on them.All this was heard through the silicone ear plugs I wore and foam ear plugs the rest of my family wore. Really wish the earplugs could have blocked everything out!

Perfect location and amazing host!

The location was quiet and comfortable, very close to the main strip. Check-in process was easy, we had all amenities we could ask for with a 5-night stay. Host was kind and had great communication, flexible with our needs and very responsive. Highly recommend!

The living room seating wasn’t very comfortable particularly the couch. The sliding glass door needs some work. Limited cooking equipment and dishes. There isn’t a dining area. That said we enjoyed our stay and the location was great and the apartment was clean.

Great place to stay if you want to be close to the historic downtown Kona

This property was everything it said it was going to be and conveniently located near historic downtown Kona. My family had a blast visiting and we hope to visit again in the future.

Our Kona Trip

This property is fantastic and had everything that we could desire. The condo itself was wonderful, full of updated appliances, including a washer/dryer. Kitchen utensils, coffee maker, the works. The rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. The upstairs room is great for families with the bunk-beds. The condo has its own covered parking and the pool/hot tub sit directly below the unit. We fell in love with Kona and will be reaching out to April for our next stay! Recommend 100%!

Kona Hawaii Trip

We were happy with our stay. Very spacious, amazing location in Kona. The house was very nice and helpful with all of our needs. the only issue we had was the second floor and how hot it was. With all the fans and cooling units, we still had a hard time keeping the second floor cool. But we made it work.
