The condo association was doing exterior work. Not us, and the work and delay were totally beyond our control. It was scheduled for completion 2 weeks prior to the guest arrival, but delayed a week, then another week. Again, not something under our control. The guest was offered a full refund, but declined. It was a surprise to us that the exterior work being done by the condo complex did not get completed on schedule two weeks earlier, and we were victims of the delay. There is nothing wrong with the dishwasher. tested and works just fine. The cold air blowers to the bedrooms works as well. tested and took 32 minutes to reach 73 degrees. Nothing wrong with bed or mattress, it is a standard king bed, on a king bed frame and king bed box spring. It is not a hide a bed or sleeper sofa, it is a normal king bed. There was a moth in the overhead light. Yes. The curtain hardware is antique brass, not dirty, no grime, just the appearance of antique brass as it is supposed to appear. The toilet paper holder fell off? Yes, that can happen. Not blaming guest or anyone or accusing them of leaning on it, but yes it was pulled completely out of the wall during their stay, not that way when they arrived. Not one message or call from the guest during their stay, nothing. A simple call questioning the dishwasher or how to use the air conditioner would have been sensible. Read other reviews, they are more honest and not vindictive.

Both bedrums are ducted and have blowers to move cold air in. Apparently the switches to turn on the cold air handlers were never turned on by you. they are marked and other guests use them fine to get cold air into bedrooms.
